Be careful, you can't do that, play it safeThese consistent fearful thoughts adds up, live inside us and form our psychology, which for most turns into AVERAGE. How do we overcome our fears? Find something that is more painful than your fear. If you have a fear of failure, that is stopping you from going all out and achieving at a high level. You must find something even more scary than your fear itself. What this does is give you the courage to do something only you could do for yourself, and the point was to go out of your comfort zone to order to help yourself; to give a better self. This gives you the realization you did something more scary than your fear. It gives you a sense of hope and a motive that you can do better things for yourself and that you can accomplish things on your own.
