Insanely picky when it comes to walk throughs and will charge you out the ass for ridiculous and almost petty minor dirt/damages. It was alright to live in but I noticed some of the maintenance guys entering tenants properties without their consent and peering through the windows of their townhouses while dropping off community letters. I would say they are more concerned about making a dollar than they are for providing low income housing to low income citizens.
