Parts guys are always willing to help. Emoyees are always friendly.
I refuse to shop here as of what happen earlier this month. For six years now I've order parts on occasions. The parts "techs" here order the wrong parts. They tend to have a habit of questioning customers intelligence about there own vehicles. Such as myself on multiple occasions. If these "mechanics" and parts "tech" are as trained they are. They would know the correct and proper customer service etiquette. This location would benfiet in a change of ownership and staff change.
Hands down the worst place to ever buy a bike. After having it for only a year it spent six months in your guys store being fixed only to come back to me with the same problems. After deciding to sell it, during the test ride the wheel completey snapped. A waste of $280 and bad customer service. The frame was even bent
Crowded store. Not very big. But good to have in a small city. Always friendly, helpful staff to give you a hand.
